Happy Mother's & Father's Day 2010

During Mother's Day 2010, we had dinner at Upperstar Lintas together wid Pau's family & Chung's family. Later, we went to Yoyo to had a drink and chat, and was later joined by Ting's family. The kids had lots of fun running around at Yoyo, and i guessed they were pretty disturbing as well because you can see the other guest's unpleasant faces!

As for Father's Day 2010, we had a simple dinner cum celebration at Mint Peppermint Karamunsing Capital. That was our first time dining at Mint, and it serves Vietnamese cuisine. These were some snapshots i got for the food tat we ordered :
Daddy's cup of Vietnam coffee, Mummy's cup of hot lime juice, Ngiu-chap Hor Fun (mixture of beef parts), spring roll & Stew Beef.

The stew beef tastes superb, although it wasn't very suitable for kids because it has a mild spicy taste. Overall our dinner was simple and satisfying. My son ate alot, and that sure proved the beef served was tasty.

GraceVille

Long time since the last time i sign in to my blog. We had moved in to GraceVille officially on 31st March 2010. It's like finally after 3yrs of marriage tat we have a place to call our own. Honestly, i don't mind staying in a small room just tat it wasn't the right environment for our son to grow up in. Every kid will wish to have a bigger place to call home i guess, rather than feeling being locked up in a small room everyday. Hehe...

Well, finally i get to be a real housewife... meaning i start to cook, wash & clean. In everything tat i do, as long as i have the heart to do it, i believe i can be quite good. ;)) and i believe the same goes for everyone else. Juggling housework plus taking care of kids and preparing 3meals or more for your family everyday, can be quite tough. So far, i'm still juggling it pretty well. Just tat it's fewer and fewer of ME time now.... i miss yoga n aerobics so much, and i miss working out so much. I think i still prefer being able to exercise at least 3times a week, so tat's why i tell myself to assume cleaning up the house as an exercise for myself.




Hmm... i purposely picked up this folder of my editted folders from my recycle bin so tat i can share wid cassandra. Wahai cassandra, pls do feel honoured bcox of my effort. This is my current unit in GraceVille, hope u get to visit it one day.

Welcoming the year of Tiger 2010!

2 weeks ago, we were all so excited waiting for the arrival of CNY and now it's almost nearing the fifteenth day of Chinese New Year. This time back to Kuching as usual we were so busy and hectic. I truly enjoy meeting up with most of my frens, and getting some updates on how everyone is getting on. Although there are some frens which I couldn't meet up, no matter what, my wishes for all of you are juz as pure and true. I hope that all of you will have good and healthy days owest -- no matter where you are. Even if we don't get to see each other or reunite during CNY, juz wanna let you know tat there's a place still for you all in my heart!

Those few days back both hubby & Jayden were still sick, so it was kinda hard to go visiting around. I went out by myself during the 4th and 5th day, and I really felt so happy wid wat i achieved. On the 4th, i met up with Cassandra, ping soo, ah keng & ah bian! On the 5th, we went to k-box for a karaoke session. Although i really felt tired for having to 'fly' here & there, it juz felt great knowing tat I still have so many frens around tat never forgets me.

Being around with family is one of the greatest gift anyone can have. Mummy must have felt happy tat most of us are back (except for Feng), so she's busy cooking & preparing all our favourite food most of the time. So fast tat cny in kuching had passed. Tat day when i was in the plane, once we flew out of Kuching it was blazing hot sunny sky! In Kuching, it rained almost everyday i was back... keeping us feeling lazy & tired & very relaxed when we are at home. It still rain the way I like.... the cloudy skies and gloomy drizzles. I wonder if you find the rain still the same??? For me, it is still the same...
